What is a 3PL fulfillment provider?
A third-party logistics provider handles agreed inventory and shipping tasks for another business. Services can include receiving, storage, picking, packing, marketplace preparation, returns, and business-order distribution. The right arrangement depends on your products, sales channels, and operating requirements.
Can Proven Prep handle both consumer and wholesale orders?
Yes. We support direct-to-consumer fulfillment as well as B2B and retail distribution. We review how stock is allocated, how orders are received, and which packing and shipping instructions apply to each channel before configuring the account.
Do you require minimum order volumes?
No. We don’t have order or unit minimums for direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment clients. Wholesale and B2B, marketplace prep and project work are quoted on a custom plan based on your volume and needs.

What is included in pick and pack services?
Pick and pack is the work of selecting ordered items, checking the order, packing it to the agreed instructions, and preparing it for dispatch. Storage, packaging materials, postage, and special handling are scoped separately in the quote so you can see what is included.
Which platforms and systems can you work with?
Our warehouse runs on ShipHero, which connects to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, eBay, and Magento. We also handle Faire wholesale orders, retail orders through EDI with SPS Commerce, and custom stores through ShipHero’s API or file uploads. If you’d like, your order and inventory data can also connect to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. Tell us which systems you use and we will review the available connection, data flow, and setup requirements before onboarding.
Do you offer temperature-controlled storage?
Yes. Our Portland warehouse is FDA-registered and offers temperature-controlled storage for food, supplements, pet treats and other products that need it. That space is limited and we don’t take refrigerated or frozen goods, so share your storage requirements when you request a quote and we will confirm what fits.
Do you help with Amazon replenishment and removal inventory?
We support Amazon FBA replenishment and Amazon removal order processing as distinct warehouse workflows. Share the inventory details and required outcome so receiving, prep, inspection, and disposition instructions can be agreed in advance.
